Custom standing seam metal roof installation on a newly built contemporary home. 24-gauge Galvalume steel panels in Matte Black installed with concealed clip fasteners for a clean, uninterrupted surface. Includes a custom ridge cap, hip flashing, copper-accented valley detail, and all penetration flashings fabricated on-site. Expected lifespan of 50+ years with zero maintenance.
