About This Project
Complete tear-off and replacement of a 2,800 sq ft residential roof. All existing shingles, underlayment, and rotted decking removed down to bare sheathing. New GAF Timberline HDZ architectural shingles installed with fresh ice & water shield on all valleys and eaves, synthetic felt underlayment, and a fully updated ridge and soffit ventilation system.
