Full gut renovation transforming a closed, compartmentalized 1990s kitchen into a bright open-concept space. Load-bearing wall removed to merge the kitchen and dining room. Custom two-tone cabinetry, 10-ft quartz waterfall island, integrated appliances, and under-cabinet lighting throughout.
